Returns

At Swish we try to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase every time. If you are unhappy with your online order for any reason, please contact us via the form on the Contact Us page within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Faulty Goods - We make sure to thoroughly check all items before shipping them to you. However, if an item is received faulty a replacement can be arranged. The item will need to be sent back to us for assessment within 14 days of receiving it before we can offer a replacement for the goods. If in stock, replacements will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the item(s). If a replacement cannot be given, a full refund will be issued.

Change of Mind - We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you have changed your mind on an item, we will happily offer you an exchange. You will need to contact us within 3 business days of receiving your goods and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in original unwashed/unused condition with all packaging and tags in tact. If this condition is not met, we will not be able to exchange or credit the item.

We do not cover postage costs for returns.
Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise a replacement/refund or exchange for your product. You will be notified of this via email.
No returns on earrings & wall art. No returns on seasonal products, or on Christmas products after the 24th of December.
